Henrietta Croswell is a public health leader committed to building stronger, more equitable systems of care. With deep expertise in portfolio management, data strategy, and health equity initiatives, she designs and implements data-driven solutions that transform how organizations collect, analyze, and use information to drive meaningful outcomes. Her collaborative leadership style—grounded in listening, empathy, and strategic clarity—allows her to meet partners where they are and move them forward with purpose. Throughout her career, Henrietta has led complex, federally funded initiatives for agencies including the Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), consistently exceeding performance benchmarks while ensuring fiscal accountability and regulatory compliance. She is known for uniting cross-functional teams around shared goals and for developing high-impact training curricula that strengthen workforce capacity and support sustainable practice change. As Founder and Principal Consultant of HC Consulting Solutions, Henrietta partners with national organizations, foundations, and public agencies to advance equitable care delivery through strategic planning, curriculum design, staff development, and operational assessment. Her recent work includes leadership and faculty roles with the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, The Young Impact Group, HealthHIV, and the New Jersey Department of Health, where she has supported grant management excellence and organizational capacity building. Previously, Henrietta spent more than a decade at the Primary Care Development Corporation, serving in progressive leadership roles, including Senior Director, where she oversaw clinical and population health programs, led national HIV prevention and health equity initiatives, and secured multimillion-dollar federal funding to expand access to high-quality care nationwide. Recognized for her strategic insight and unwavering commitment to equity, Henrietta leverages data to inform policy, strengthens service delivery, and helps build systems in which every community can thrive. Henrietta holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master of Public Health in community health education from Hunter College in New York City. She is also certified in American Sign Language and recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home Content Expert. Outside of work, Henrietta enjoys traveling, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and cooking for family and friends.
